Doesn’t have to be degree, but not as short as seminar.
Anywhere in USA, but preferably around middle to north east coast.

Most schools I found in Google, are basically so generic, fashion, product, architect, digital, and all those flashy kinds of studies, while I’m actually interested in to learn how and all tricks in photographing infants, with classic-modern feeling.

Any thought?
I’m not looking for job. I want to learn more about child/baby/infant photography..

I often see job advertisements for local hospitals looking for amateur photographers to take pictures at local hospitals for the hospitals maternity floor. It’s an outside agency that goes into the hospital to "promote" newborn pictures for the family.

I also see stores like like Baby’s R Us Advertising photographers for their stores. Especially with the holiday season coming up. There will be a need for photographers. They will train you.

I love my portrait photography and I love motor sport!!! Im not after a name that explains either…. just a catchy name!

Just some ideas which may or may not help. Maybe keep these two sections of your business completely separate… if I was looking for a niche cutesy baby photographer, and come in to see scenes of racing cars etc, I may be taken aback. Even if you can do excellent baby photos, seeing racing photos too sort of spoils the experience psychologically a little bit – think like a client wanting everything to be about the baby. Clients won’t want to think you may be more interested in cars than their baby. What I mean is a successful baby photo service is partly going to be a psychological pampering for the parents too, so something to think about. Similarly a racing publicist coming in and seeing baby photos may think twice about hiring you too, either because they don’t see you as macho enough or for whatever other personal psychological reason they have, whether reasonable or not. The two photographic subjects don’t sit well side-by-side on a wall or even side-by-side on a website. So maybe have two different trading names for the one business, design two separate websites, or have two different shop fronts, so the two subjects aren’t seen to mix, and the client sees you to be wholly devoted to either the babies or the cars according to what they want photographed.
Ideas might be… Pea Pod Photography, or Plum Blossom Photography, or Apple Blossom Photography… and Super Clicks or Speedster (Speedstar?) Photos… just some ideas anyway to maybe brainstorm from.
