I don’t know much about photography, all I know is that I love having a camera in my hand and I love taking gorgeous shots. I want to learn more about it, like lighting exposure and stuff like that…any suggestions?

First, get a camera (a basic DSLR would be good) so that you can practice, practice, practice!!! The "what camera should I get?" is asked on here 10+ times a day. Once you have a camera, READ THE MANUAL several times while you have the camera with you. Learn it…Live it.

Sign up for an evening basic photography course at the local community college (you will need a camera).

Then, go to your public library and start reading photography books and/or read articles on the internet (Not everything on the internet is correct, but you can find helpful reading).
