There is no "best". There are plenty of good books on digital photography (as well as general photography). Just browse the bookstores and find one you like (I guarantee you will find more than one)
Composition has nothing to do with digital photography. The same rules that apply to film also apply to digital. If composition is the only thing you are having trouble with, then buy a book on general photography (it doesn’t have to be for digital only).
