I want to get a digital camera, however I am on bit of a budget. Something under $200 would be good. Maybe a little more, or less. But I want a good quality, easy to use, easy to learn, digital photography camera.
I would suggest Panasonic Lumix DMC-FH20 : 14.1MP, 8x Optical Image Stabilized Zoom, 2.7-Inch LCD, iA (Intelligent Auto) Mode, HD Movie Recording

One of the best might be a
hassellblad for about $42000. But if you’re looking for something fully automatic and small with very good image quality go for the Canon SD1200 IS. Has image stabilizer, and viewfinder. Another good one is the Canon SD780 IS.

The Kodak EASYSHARE Z950 costs about 150-200 USD. It is easy to use and to learn because it has detailed help screens available for every function. It offers a long zoom (10x) and reviews rate it highly for image quality and manual controls (for the price).
