I JUST started a small photography business. I had my cousin, who has no photography business or affiliation with one, take my engagement pictures.

I do ALL the editing myself. Pretty much all she did was snap the picture.

Would it be illegal for me to stamp my logo on the pictures?

You would have to have your cousin sign a copyright release to you, giving you ownership of the photos and the right to edit the photos as you see fit. Good Luck

    Yes. You did not take the pictures. Make up some fancyfied release and have her sign it.
