Specifically, if someone had photos of the grime in the back of a local supermarkets deli and posted those pictures on the internet with the stores name? Could that person be charged with something?

But I will say that truth is said to be a defense against somebody charging you with Libel.
As long as you make a truthful statement or don’t change the photo I think there is little they can do about showing it.
BUT if you do something else illegal, like trespass or violate privacy to get the picture then that can be charged in it’s own right.
