As a computer … As a computer science major I find it funny to listen to people try to tell me how they fixed this or that on their computer when I know what they are talking about has nothing to do with the said problem.
i’m obsessed with … i’m obsessed with Nikon cameras (so far that’s my favorite) and i know a lot about the different factors such as mp and comp and saturation and etc. if i don’t know what to do or what it is, i research it. i don’t call it photography unless i think it looks really good and i may photoshop it a bit to enhance it. but yeah. i agree. i don’t call myself a photographer. i just have photo-taking as a hobby and future career option.

I’m often afraid … I’m often afraid that people will think I don’t know what I’m talking about, even if the subject is one I care for or know something about. That’s why I don’t talk in class.
They actually DO … They actually DO make polaroid film still. There is a company that bought the old factory where they made the film and have started producing it again. They have, however, started using different chemicals for the process, thus causing the pictures to actually come out more crisp and clear, which some polaroid enthusiasts have complained about.
I also remember reading somewhere that Lady GaGa is somehow involved with polaroid now, I can’t remember if it was ownership or sponsorship though.
my sister walks in … my sister walks in when my dad is watching some kind of sport and she tries to say all of these things about it acting like she knows what she’s talking about, but actually she has no idea. and sounds really stupid. ugh. its aggrivating.

I have a 35mm SLR camera. I also develop pictures and film (negatives take soooo long!)
I hate when people argue about things they don’t know anything about. I always try to only argue when I’m 100% sure that I ACTUALLY know what I’m arguing about.

Similarly, I get … Similarly, I get annoyed with people who don’t understand that not everything is art. If everything was art, why would people spend a bunch of money to study it? Also, that doodling on binder paper does not make you an artist.
Thinking back, I now feel that I wasn’t an artist until I had a little art history and a little composition under my belt.
Get a cheesy calendar, like of tractors or something, and glue on other things to make them more interesting. Yes.
