can anyone post some image URL’s of good examples of Landscape photography? Photography class is confusing sometimes when there not so descriptive on what they want.

& other help for photography can you help me find a photographer who takes pictures that gives objects human characteristics? or maybe something you see off of the site itsirrational.com under there photography thing?

The key to landscape photography is to find a scene that has 3 components. A strong foreground or near object, an interesting middle ground object and an interesting distant object.

Now typically, for landscapes to come alive, you need to shoot with a wide angle lens, with the foreground object right at your feet basically

Then you need to shoot with a small aperture, like f11, or f16 to make sure that everything in your scene is in clear focus, and has a good depth to it.

I agree with the answerer above. The only thing I would add is that interesting or beautiful light is the finishing touch to a great landscape shot.
