How can i do this photography technique?

I found this and would like to figure out how do so this myself, any ideas?

It’s natural light. Create the right setting. A barn, a horse, a girl and sunlight would be a good starting place.

    just fire a camera witha flash on it at a horse and women in the dark, shoot slightly upwards to avoid the flash hitting the ground to much,

    proberly in photoshop or the like the ground and any detail the flash lit that is not wanted in the image has been blacked out
