www.pbase.com has lots of photographers.I believe its all copy written but you can always contact the photographer for permission to use their stuff.

I will be coming out with a site here soon that offers photos for around $1 Each and even some free ones. There are mostly scenic or nature in the like but I will be posting some of vehicles and, well see for your self when it comes up. I can also take photos of something particular that you want (if possible) and still charge only a dollar, depending on how far or hard it was to get it but nothing too expensive.
