I’m going to be a photography major, and I do a lot of pictures for people like seniors, families, engagements and i’ve done a wedding pretty recently, I post alot of my pics on facebook, but not EVERYONE has a facebook and was wondering if there was a free site to get me started that anyone could suggest?

I wanna get my bachelor’s degree in Commercial Photography. Where can I go after I get that? What kind of career opportunities may lie ahead?
Commercial/ Industrial photographer takes pictures of merchandise, exteriors and interiors of factories, and machinery both indoors and outdoors to be used for company brochures, annual reports, and in advertising and selling.
An commercial photographer’s main emphasis is on taking pictures for a single company or firm. The main intention is to make the company’s factory, machines or products look good.
They are mainly employed with commercial firms and work as per companies demand.
I’m starting a photography business, and want to make a website showcasing my photos and also give a little information about what services I can offer. I don’t know how to design a nice website or anything, so whats the best way should go about this? Would you recommend any programs? Should i use a free website subdomain type of thing, or get it professionally designed? Whatsthe best way to go about starting a photography business site?
A website maker that is easy to control and make websites from is called Weebly.com
There are many options for when you make your website about what to put on, and you can purchase a domain (ex. photos.com instead of photos.weebly.com) for like 40 dollars a year or less.

I want to try my hand at an artistic nude photo shoot but I don’t plan shooting either a girl or a guy below the belt. Would I be able to take a roll of film to be developed at a place like wal mart or walgreens or would I have to take it to a professional photography store? Or would they even develop them?? (if it matters i’m from Ohio)
This issue is more urban legend than fact. If you ask, there is a higher probability of someone saying no because they don’t want the responsibility of saying yes. If you just turn in the film for processing, they will just print them. I have run my photos at a number of different places with no trouble. As long as they don’t depict something illegal then nothing is said. If they did object, they still have to return your film, they just won’t print them, but I have never had that happen.
This does not mean that Wal Mart or Walgreens is a good choice. They are cheap, but their work is not very good quality and a lab that rush develops your file can damage the negatives. I have also seen times that I found my photos scattered all over the bottom of the drawer, or had somebody Else’s photos in my envelope. After you have gone to the work of getting the model, spending time setting up, and shooting, you have probably spent at least two days. After all that you should spend an extra $10 to send your file to a good lab. Kodak premium usually does good work.
